I could not be any happier with my first experience with Thumbtack!! My handyman Thiago was first rate, experienced and very professional. It was very easy to communicate exactly what was required and his response time was super fast. He also installed my sliding closet doors in record time and went above and beyond in carrying 6 doors up 3 flights of stairs! I would definitely hire him again as I believe him to be hard working and very knowledgeable in almost any small construction or handyman jobs in the home or office.

I am beyond grateful for Thiago's help today. I sent an inquiry on Thumbtack at 1130am, he was at my house by 12:15pm! I showed him what needed to be done and he got right to work. He hung 4 mirrors, 3 paintings, fixed a kitchen drawer that fell in and also proactively repaired another drawer so it would not fall in in the future and fixed a sliding closet door that had fallen off track. He even picked up the supplies from Home Depot that were needed. He is extremely reasonably priced. He was kind, patient and super professional and he will absolutely be my go to handyman for any house repairs. Very happy with his service!!

I've called on Thiago for handyman services three times and he is consistently punctual, responsive, and professional. Additionally, he always does a beautiful job and takes the time to make sure the work area is tidied before leaving. While he has mostly done wall hanging jobs for us, we had a nonworking garbage disposal that was never wired. Thiago did the electric wiring, put in a switch, and we now have a fully functioning kitchen sink!

Thiago was at my house 10 min early, which was great . He was kind enough to go to Home Depot to get the equipment that we needed to install, as I wasn’t sure what size/capacity we needed. Work quality was superb. Communication was excellent, he was very patient. Definitely recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices will be agreed (materials and labor). The customer will have no surprises at the end. I like working on projects. But often they are small tasks or small projects and I can charge by the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to clear up any doubts about all the work, as the client wants it to be done. Sometimes I request some pictures to better understand what needs to be done. If necessary, I visit the house and answer any questions the client may have. If everything is ok, we will schedule the day and time and payment methods.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love fixing things, I'm curious and a perfectionist with my job. I always do all my work as if it were for myself.
