- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices will be agreed (materials and labor). The customer will have no surprises at the end. I like working on projects. But often they are small tasks or small projects and I can charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to clear up any doubts about all the work, as the client wants it to be done. Sometimes I request some pictures to better understand what needs to be done. If necessary, I visit the house and answer any questions the client may have. If everything is ok, we will schedule the day and time and payment methods.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love fixing things, I'm curious and a perfectionist with my job. I always do all my work as if it were for myself.
