I do have standard pricing and will provide that to all perspective clients.

I first discuss their real estate wants and needs. I then review the process of home buying and selling step by step. I then assist them throughout the buying/selling process.

MA Real Estate Salesperson course. Continued training on markets, trends and resources to be prepared to answer any questions clients may have.
