- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my services are flat-rate, unless something extraordinary happens, I don't charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally get the work detailed out of the phone or via email, explain to the customer what I believe the problem may be just based on their description, I tell them the probable cost of repair, and we setup an appointment to meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been to college for computer science and I have several certifications. I have twenty plus years of hands on experience working in commercial, industrial and residential computing.
