My laptop crashed Sunday morning and wouldn’t boot back to windows. Joe answered my call on the first try early Sunday afternoon. I told him how important it was for me to have my laptop back by Monday if possible because of work and five hours Joe called to tell me it was all set. Total life saver! And what a value! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Most of my services are flat-rate, unless something extraordinary happens, I don't charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I generally get the work detailed out of the phone or via email, explain to the customer what I believe the problem may be just based on their description, I tell them the probable cost of repair, and we setup an appointment to meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been to college for computer science and I have several certifications. I have twenty plus years of hands on experience working in commercial, industrial and residential computing.
