Mr. Sam did an excellent job and was passionate about his work. He fixed my closet, secured my sliding glass doors, and created a space to put a lock on my backdoor. He is very knowledgeable, honest & punctual. Mr. Sam is a God given Angel for me. He will be repairing more things for me soon. As well as replacing the lights panel in my kitchen.

Sam gave us a great quote and stuck to the price. He was on time, finished the job quickly and efficiently. He installed a window ac in one of our bedrooms and he made sure it was air tight and perfect before leaving. I will be giving him a call for any other jobs we need done around the house.

My pricing will always be flexible to a customer’s budget. A half of loaf is better than none.

Immediately contact the customer and provide a quote within their budget especially the 55+ community on fixed income.

I have a bachelor degree in business from Northeastern University in Boston, was a franchisee for 15 years till going private business. 43 years of residential general contractor experience.
