Jamal arrived prepared to install my new toilet. Upon opening the box, we discovered that key parts were missing and the toilet had to be returned to Lowe’s. Jamal went above and beyond, kindly accompanying me to Lowe’s to exchange the toilet for another. The installation went smoothly, the work area was left spotless, and I have a new tall comfort height toilet. If you need a knowledgeable, professional, and personable plumber, Jamal is the one to call. Will definitely use him again for plumbing projects.
