- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the home, frequency of service, and the level of cleaning required. We offer discounted rates for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Additional services can be added for a flat fee. We are transparent with our pricing upfront, no hidden charges, ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On cleaning day, we arrive on time, fully equipped, and ready to transform the space. After the service, I always check in with the client to make sure they’re happy with the results—satisfaction is guaranteed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with hands on experience running a professional cleaning business, I also have a background as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), where part of my role was helping clients maintain their homes. That experience taught me the importance of cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail in creating a comfortable living space. Over the years, I’ve built on that foundation with training in efficient cleaning techniques, safe product use, and professional standards to ensure every job is done thoroughly and with care.
