- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as accurate as possible with our estimates. We are not a company that needs to come out and sell you, with our pricing structure we can usually get pretty close by sending us a few pictures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're just looking for a ballpark figure we can provide that. We would then have to come measure and show samples of the materials in order to nail down a more accurate price. We will then take a deposit and pull all necessary permits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully insured and licensed company. I have an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License as well as a Home Improvement Contractor License.
