If I could give Pietro and his company 6 stars- I would do so without hesitation! The man is amazing- got me out of a tough spot with a dishonest renovation contractor, and was able to fill my vacancy with top notch renters when another realtor had let it sit vacant for months. He is hard working, available,responsive,and a total breath of fresh air in the real estate/ property management field. As I have told him- I wish you could be cloned and your clones fill all businesses. :) with the same work ethic and honesty.

Matt Cicciari has been an extraordinary resource in helping us with the various challenges in maintaining our 86 year old home. Our recent challenge was finding a professional chimney repair company to replace the chimney liners in our fire place. Unfortunately a opossum had made a nest in the chimney and had damaged the liners for both the fireplace and heater. Matt’s extensive industry knowledge and detailed understanding of construction requirements enabled us to find and engage a repair company in a timely manner. Our chimney was professionally repaired at a reasonable price thanks to Matt. We highly recommend CCRE Construction for projects both large and small. When we moved into our 80 year old house in 2012, Matt recognized the limitations and vulnerability of the smoke alarms. Because of his expertise, he repositioned the alarms and replaced them with the most up to date battery operated units. We also had a front door that had an annoying squeak every time it opened or closed. We routinely sprayed the hinges with silicone lubricant that only lasted a short time. Matt quickly diagnosed the problem and provided the solution. He removed the door, thoroughly cleaned the hinges and lubricated them white lithium grease. Four years later the door still quietly opens and closes. Ted and Lauren at ECMD have been managing property for us for almost 3 years. It has been a pleasure working with them as they combine an institutional background with a personal touch in everything they do. It is rare to find a property manager with as much integrity as ECMD. They are forthright, honest and extremely hard working. Ted has done a great job leasing units at our building and pushing rents to new levels, while Lauren is a wiz when it comes to accounting, back office operations and logistics. The books every month are tight and every cent can be tracked. For a property 10-75 units, ECMD offers the best value proposition in the market and maybe even more importantly, they are great people. We would highly recommend ECMD for both residential and commercial property management in the Boston area.
