Welcome to Rose Plumbing & Heating! My name is John Rose, owner and operator, and I take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship with honest, dependable service.
I work full-time as a commercial plumber, gaining hands-on experience every day in everything from new construction and large-scale remodels to complex commercial plumbing systems. I bring that same professional knowledge and attention to detail into every home I work in.
My expertise includes toilet, sink, faucet, shower, and water heater replacements, water filtration systems, drain, waste, and vent (DWV) installations, pipe repairs, and complete plumbing solutions. No matter the size of the project, I approach every job with precision, professionalism, and the mindset that if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.
I also earned a college degree, a reflection of the dedication, discipline, and work ethic that define both my life and my business. I believe in treating every customer’s home with the same care and respect I would my own. You’ll receive honest recommendations, fair pricing, clear communication, and workmanship built to last.

John is a professional. He helped me with troubleshooting a problem with my broken kitchen faucet and replaced it. He understood the problem quickly and the reason for the urgency and drove late night to address it. He even went above and beyond purchasing a replacement on his way. You can absolutely trust him with your plumbing needs.

John came to our home and I had a laundry list of plumbing issues in the house. He handled each one professionally and at a great value since I was on a tight budget!
I also challenged him with my crazy schedule and had to reschedule a couple of times. Without any issue John was accommodating and arrived early!

I can’t recommend John from Rose Plumbing highly enough!
He responded quickly, arrived promptly (even on a weekend), and was incredibly polite and professional from start to finish. As a single mom with a young child, I especially appreciated how reliable, accommodating, and respectful he was.
He took the time to troubleshoot the issue with us, identified the leaking pipe beneath our bathtub, and clearly explained both the root cause and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. I never felt rushed—he made sure I understood everything before completing the repair.
What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. After fixing the plumbing issue, he happily helped with a small handyman project in my home. John and Scott came to my house after a long day of work on a HHH day. They introduced themselves and we exchanged handshakes (goes a long way with me). They were very knowledgeable and great work ethic. After the work was done, they cleaned up immaculately.
Finding a good plumber is ok. Finding a great plumber like Rose Plumbing was a gift. I will definitely request them first for all of my plumbing needs..
