I would choose ALL FIVE of the qualities above if I could! Franyer was very responsive to my request for an appointment, and he was communicative through the app messaging even before he arrived. His work was excellent -- he assessed the two repairs I needed and got to work. He even checked another adjacent closet door and cleaned all of his work spaces. Franyer was friendly and professional -- I would call him again for future work.

Couple weeks ago we decided to have a drop ceiling installed in our basement. We searched Thumbtack and, among several qualified contractors with very good reviews, Franyer Velez's name came up. We hired him, and he did a phenomenal job. It was done perfectly, on time and at a very reasonable rate. All of this despite the fact that I made a mistake on the requirements which caused him to redo several hours of work. Sorry Franyer... Because he looks like a very young man, don't let that fool you. He has a tremendous amount of experience with several years in the construction business. Next time we need to have work done, we will be calling Franyer Velez. Any regrets from this experience? Only one: that I couldn't give more than 5 stars in this review.
