I can’t recommend Luxury Touch Construction highly enough! Franyer and his team truly exceeded all of my expectations. After experiencing severe water damage from ice dams this past winter, I was incredibly stressed about the repairs—but from start to finish, they made the entire process seamless. Their workmanship was outstanding. They restored everything beautifully, paying close attention to detail and making sure the finished result looked even better than before. What really stood out to me was their professionalism and flexibility. Because of how impressed I was with their work, I ended up asking them to take on a few additional projects on the fly—and they were more than accommodating. Despite the extra work, everything was completed in a timely manner with minimal disruption to my home. The team was efficient, respectful, and kept the work area clean throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a contractor that delivers this level of quality, reliability, and customer care. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Luxury Touch Construction—Franyer and his crew are the real deal!

I had a great experience working with Franyer from Luxury Touch Construction. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He worked on a structural issue with my stairs and completed the job with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely hire him again for other projects.

The team of Luxury did install a new bay window and remove the tils of the kitchen wall and plaster and paint the new wall. The results are amazing and work hard to have a beautiful finish. Amazing company and highly recommended.
