What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet on site or I will provide services as needed via phone and computer. I will review your information and give you a price to complete your drawings. Once I receive your deposit I will start on your design. All drawings include full CAD drawings consisting of floor plans and elevations. Also included will be a 3D version along with a video of your project to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in the construction industry goes back to my vocational training in high school. I then attended night classes at Wentworth Institute in Boston MA specializing in developing drawings and work schedules.
