Zac drew an addition on my existing home, he was very responsive as soon as I had reached out to him he sent me examples of his work that were all very detailed plans, that he carried into my project as well. He took the edits that I made and made everything work and look good to my existing house. Very timely and well priced with a good product in the end!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet on site or I will provide services as needed via phone and computer. I will review your information and give you a price to complete your drawings. Once I receive your deposit I will start on your design. All drawings include full CAD drawings consisting of floor plans and elevations. Also included will be a 3D version along with a video of your project to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in the construction industry goes back to my vocational training in high school. I then attended night classes at Wentworth Institute in Boston MA specializing in developing drawings and work schedules.
