I have been in the residential home building industry for over forty years, and I have built and designed many homes in Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. We hired Zac to draft the plans for a home addition and are very happy that we did. He worked closely with us through the entire process and was extremely responsive and helpful. We came to the project with a clear idea of what we wanted, and Zac did everything he could to actualize that vision and to make sure that we were happy with the outcome. He proposed a number of improvements, large and small, and in two instances helped to guide us away from naive mistakes. In particular, he used his experience in construction to advise us about our foundation and roof options, both areas where we had gotten poor or conflicting advice from other sources. Zac responded swiftly with answers to our questions and with edits to the drawings when requested, and he was professional and friendly throughout. We strongly recommend Zac's services!
