I needed to replace my garage door and had a specific door in mind. MGM informed me that the door I wanted would take 8-10 weeks to arrive, I didn’t want to wait that long. MGM called around and gave me similar options that wouldn’t take as long and informed me of updates as he found out new information. I sent him another style that I found and he responded immediately that he could find it in stock and install the following day. I appreciated Levi for trying so hard to help me find a resolution because he knew I needed a garage door asap. I had other bids from other companies and Levi’s price was the best value as well as the warranty. He came out in the rain and installed the door in a timely manner as I had other plans and didn’t have a lot of time to have it installed. Levi was extremely friendly, VERY responsive, professional, did an amazing job installing the door and the door was top quality…I couldn’t believe that I was getting all of those qualities at such a great price! I will be telling all of my friends about this company and would absolutely use their service again!

While we didn't end up hiring MGM for my project, they reached out the same day the project was posted and were ready to take on the job the following day. They we very professional and talked with me through some troubleshooting steps and were knowledgeable about the system and likely cause of the problem. The reason we didn't end up hiring was because we got a quote from another company for a lower price. Other than pricing, I have no complaints about MGM and would consider them for future jobs for comparison.
