Thank you Dave for the excellent work in fabricating, installing and repairing multiple hand railings and fire escape hand rail. Dave is an excellent communicator, explained the process and time clearly.
North Shore Iron Works did a great job on my outdoor handrails. From estimating my job and right through to completion of the project, they were very professional. The quality of the work is outstanding! We would highly recommend NS Irin Wirks.
Richardson and his team did a fabulous job at our property; turning what looked like a disease-ridden fence into the beauty you see below. They were quick to the job, worked with us on the price, and even did some extra work on top of everything else free-of-charge. He explained what they were going to do, answering any and all questions, while not "scaring" us into a much larger project than was actually necessary. In addition he also gave us valuable information pertaining to the preservation of the railing & fence into the future (advice you're unlikely to get from the majority of contractors).
His prices are fair and I can tell you first hand he cares about his reputation along with that of his company. How do I know this? Well, being the perfectionist that I am, I had spotted some minuscule and nearly unnoticeable spots of paint missing along this very long and intricate fence. We talked about it, and with the next chance he got (Monday 8 AM SHARP) he was there in the freezing cold to make sure that we were satisfied. He's an honest gentleman and deserves your business.
Thanks again Richardson!

Absolutely amazing service. They rewelded our 100+ year old gate and painted it after. Looks amazing and definitely using them again.

North Shore Iron Works did a great job and were very professional. Would highly recommend!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our prices are very competitive, most of the jobs are priced on a linear ft basis. we usually charge 40% down payment and 60 % on instalation day .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first thing is to talk about the project, designs, colors, materials and budget, when the costumer is ready to go we take a down payment and start the fabrication process, that part could take 2 weeks up to a month, depending on the size of the project, when everything is done we do the instalation, a walk through and we get the final payment from the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
our welders and fabricators have welding licenses from Wentworth welding trainings, plus years of field experience.
