Thank you Dave for the excellent work in fabricating, installing and repairing multiple hand railings and fire escape hand rail. Dave is an excellent communicator, explained the process and time clearly.
North Shore Iron Works did a great job on my outdoor handrails. From estimating my job and right through to completion of the project, they were very professional. The quality of the work is outstanding! We would highly recommend NS Irin Wirks.

Very happy with the service. Reviewed stairs needing the handrails, showed me some ideas, quoted a price and installed the railings and painted them white to match the trim of the house. Very nice personality and a good guy to work with.

Completely pleased with my new railing! This photo is from before they painted it, but you can see the quality of the work. I had a complicated situation where the railing had to be removed in order to get my piano in the door, and they worked around my weird schedule. I'd leave a ten star review if I could--thank you guys so much!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our prices are very competitive, most of the jobs are priced on a linear ft basis. we usually charge 40% down payment and 60 % on instalation day .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first thing is to talk about the project, designs, colors, materials and budget, when the costumer is ready to go we take a down payment and start the fabrication process, that part could take 2 weeks up to a month, depending on the size of the project, when everything is done we do the instalation, a walk through and we get the final payment from the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
our welders and fabricators have welding licenses from Wentworth welding trainings, plus years of field experience.
