I hired Mr. Oquendo to clean my house, and my husband hired him to clean his place of business. We are both impressed with the quality of Mr. Oquendo’s work. Mr. Oquendo is not only thorough, but he also goes above and beyond! The sinks in my husband’s office building look brand new! They are in fact 30+ years old, and they had hard water stains on them. Not anymore! Mr. Oquendo literally sanded the stains off!! And, the amount we paid was more than fair for the spectacular quality of the job. If you hire Oquendo cleaning, you will not be disappointed!

WOW! WOW! WOW! Absolutely blown away by the service. I can not recommend Oquendo enough, and honestly, if you're thinking about it, just DO IT! My bathroom and kitchen are like new - neither has been cleaned that deeply since I moved in three years ago!! I was struggling to get everything packed and readied for a move and knowing that the kitchen and bathroom were done, made finishing the move so easy. I'm so appreciative of the work and feel confident about going with Oquendo!

Sam was a real life-saver! I didn’t have much time, and I needed many things done before some tenants arrived. Sam did some handyman work, some general cleaning, and quite a bit of general organizing. He did the heavy lifting, both literally and figuratively. He was a genial, calming presence in a stressful time. I recommend him without reservation.

I had my entire home cleaned as we are putting it on the market.
The owner contacted me right away and came to my home same day to walk the house with me and explain everything they would do, chemicals they would use and to ensure that we were on the same page.
I highly recommend and if I was not relocating out of the area I would use them for ongoing cleaning services.
I plan to refer to my entire western Massachusetts network.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price myself very fair in the industry and give a discount to customers that book with me biweekly and or monthly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I typically like to have a in-depth phone conversation and or meet up with them to assess the property so I can get an understanding of exactly what they are looking for so everything is done to meet their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and also specialize in maintenance work previously at my full-time job as well as Cleaning where I’ve also taken classes on what chemicals and products to and not to use
