- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and transparent. Most of our services are offered as flat-rate programs, with no surprise add-ons. Initial treatments are followed by affordable monthly or quarterly plans that make ongoing protection easy to budget for. We also offer discounts for multi-family properties, long-term service agreements, and seasonal promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary inspection and assessment to understand the problem and property conditions. From there, we create a treatment plan that covers immediate needs and prevention steps. You’ll also receive a clear service report with recommendations for both owners and tenants, so everyone knows how to avoid future issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed and trained in Massachusetts and follow all state and EPA guidelines. Beyond certifications, we bring hands-on experience with multi-family housing, Section 8 inspection standards, and exclusion practices that keep pests from returning.
