Harrison was very responsive right from our first conversation and set clear expectations. Lyndsay was the technician who handled our initial treatment and exclusion service today, and she was wonderful—very thorough, professional, and took her time inspecting and treating both the inside and outside of our home. We keep pricing simple and transparent. Most of our services are offered as flat-rate programs, with no surprise add-ons. Initial treatments are followed by affordable monthly or quarterly plans that make ongoing protection easy to budget for. We also offer discounts for multi-family properties, long-term service agreements, and seasonal promotions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary inspection and assessment to understand the problem and property conditions. From there, we create a treatment plan that covers immediate needs and prevention steps. You’ll also receive a clear service report with recommendations for both owners and tenants, so everyone knows how to avoid future issues.
