FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I like to meet my customers face to face and learn a little about them. I believe in growing a strong relationship with my customers above all else otherwise there is no solid foundation for communication. Once a relationship is established I discuss the project with them, we go over options and alternatives, and finally what will be the end result/product.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as a plumber when I was 18. I went through an apprenticeship program for a few years until discovering a passion for carpentry. Not just carpentry but all kinds of work. I love the variety that comes with my job, going week to week with a different job, or project, ahead of me. Ever since starting in trade work I've always had a desire to learn as much as I could and continue to grow my skill set as time progressed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Any and all types. From all different backgrounds. I will never turn down a person that is looking for an honest hard worker. Though, I'll be honest, not all customers are the most pleasant or easiest to deal with, I still keep to the task and work until the job is done and they are satisfied with the final product.
