Rey is amazing. We had a 20 year old air conditioning system that was completely rotted out. Got a few quotes, and Rey’s quote was fair, clear and with no surprises built in. He was extremely professional, and took several trips to ensure that the unit would fit above our existing oil heating furnace. Because of supply issues, the parts could only be delivered the day before a long weekend. That did not faze Rey and he worked tireless until 10pm the day before a holiday to ensure we weren’t boiling indoors during a long weekend. I was absolutely blown away by his dedication to do a great job, and do it in a timely fashion. He also had to come back another time to fix a switch, but yet again, he was professional, punctual and did a super job! All in all, this was a great project and I wholeheartedly recommend Rey if you have HVAC install/repair needs.

Rey Polanco did a fantastic job on our three family home that we recently renovated. He did the entire HVAC system for all three units in the home in a timely manner and for a great value. He was very professional and organized. We love having our central heating and Air conditioning!

Highly recommend! I purchased this mini split unit on amazon for a great deal. Rey came in and bot only recommended a place to place the unit but installed the unit flawlessly. I have had no issues and even received a follow up call to see how things were going! Very pleased.

I had the unfortunate experience of having no heat for five weeks. I had two different local companies come by for a total of 8 visits. They had plenty of solutions, I paid for each one-through the nose- and still no heat! Someone recommended Polanco and Sons.
What I was most impressed by was he came and analyzed the system- and spent hours, to the point I felt bad, until he was sure what was needed. And he was right! He went and got the part, even traveled a distance for it, paid for it and came back the very same night to finish the job! That’s how service used to be- with Rey- it still exists.

Rey was very professional and responded to my post in a timely fashion. I was having problems with my furnace shutting off and on. I don’t understand the hvac language so He explained it to me so I could understand. He was able to assess the problem and fix it so me and my family had heat during this cold winter. He even went the extra mile to clean my coils. Thank you so much Rey. You’ve earned a lifetime customer.
