- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My information and methods offer a permanent change in your ear's ability and wiring in your brain. Instead of paying endlessly to be dependent on a teacher, I'm offering you the skills of independent learning
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions to gauge experience and skill and use a couple listening tests to establish a game plan. I have the same goals for every student but each individual does need a specific approach for their strengths and weaknesses
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After my bachelor in music, I was trained by one of the best jazz guitarists in the world. I also have over 10 years of teaching experience, and over 10 years of professional playing where I put my methods to use in the real world
