Introduction: My focus is quality and comforting vibes from my dishes. I am a young Caribbean-American chef who brings a little island flavor to your dining table or party. I’m big on presentation even if it is a meal for 1-2 people(you eat with your eyes first). I’ve been cooking since a child but in the culinary field since 17 years old and love to share my knowledge with who ever wants to learn. My mission is to please my customers but also open their minds and expand their taste pallets. I like to leave my customers talking about the meal they had and get then excited for more.

Alandra is the best! She provides an amazing service and experience for her customers. Her food is super tasty with a Trini twist to it. She’s professional yet personable and makes it easy to work with her. I have used Alandra for catering services and as a teacher for my kids. Her experience shines through her work, as well as her passion. Her food is not the only thing that is amazing, but also her presentation. She is also amazing with children. I look forward to continuing to work with Alandra and even have her cater my wedding. I appreciate the value of Alandra’s service.
