rond company is simply a fantastic company, providing awesome service. Silas and his team replaced my old oil furnace and electric water heater with a new gas system and has water heater. His team also installed all the duct work for the new system, along with replacing all of my old copper water piping with Pex pipe to future proof the house against potential damage from freezing pipes. Last but not least, he also ran a gas line to my rear deck so I could cook on my natural gas grill without the need for propane tanks!!!
The work done was absolutely fantastic and his team is well trained and very personable. He also made sure to communicate timely updates for everything going on with the work.
All in all, a fantastic plumber with fair and honest pricing. He is now the family plumber!!

Let's start off with what I expect. I hate salesmen that come off telling me this and that, I expect someone that's going to be honest give me a price and that's it. Silas did a few things that others that gave me quotes didn't. First off he was punctual, told me a time and he was knocking on the door when he said he'd be there. He showed up with a professional demeanor and was kind to my family and respectful. Now let's quickly talk about price his quote was over 2k less than 2 guys and 4k less than 3 other guys. I rather not name them but they popped up on my thumbtack search. I am not cheap by any means and have zero problems with someone making money but please don't try to retire on my dollar, luckily Silas was extremely fair and truly cares about his craft. Second he covered my main concern, I have been burned before by contractors that want huge money upfront and then disappear. He knew my concerns and only requested half payment when he dropped off the boiler. My boiler was more than that payment. This made me feel very comfortable because it assured me,as they say, he had skin in the game it wasn't only me taking a leap of faith. He purchased the boiler I requested at a price I was comfortable with and installed it promptly. I had him remove old furnace and had no problem with him keeping the scrap since it would be impossible for me and two guys to take that thing out. ( reference little boy nuclear bomb) if you want to see the size and probable weight of that thing. The job can honestly be described as a professional installation. I highly recommend him and would not have any problem using or referring him to any friends.

Silas installed a Utica gas boiler for me last December and he did an outstanding job.
First the quote he gave was much lower than the big name guys, He was also able to work with me on installing the boiler I wanted. Upon his recommendation I went with the Utica 100K BTU boiler b/c it was the most value for the cost. Silas came onsite to confirm the quote. Then we setup the installation for a week later. He and his crew were prompt and and finished the job in one day.
He was also able to help install the Nest thermostat. I needed a new wire to be run from the thermostat to the boiler. He tried to see if he could pass the new wire using the old one as a guide, but it turned out the old one was stapled down behind the walls. So after the electrician ran a new wire, Silas came back to my condo and connected the wire to the boiler and the Nest.
Silas was very responsive and very professional and I would recommend him highly.
