Auntie Caitlin makes an amazing breakfast, lunch, or dinner. She is actually specifically skilled at decoration, adding her own creative touches, and DESERT! If you want a home cooked comfort food, don't look any further! Auntie Caitlin creates amazing savoury pie dishes, soups, and lean proteins, which are always paired with delicate vegetables and her famous smashed potatoes. Looking for a creative cupcake menu? Auntie Caitlin has got you covered with a variety of flavours to match the seasons and the holidays that they involve, as well as the person who may be of subject. Auntie Caitlin can personalise a grilled cheese sandwich if needed! Five stars all around, two thumbs up!!

Wow, where to begin here!? Caitlin is an absolutely wonderful, talented and inspiring cook and person! Her vast knowledge of everything culinary from baked goods to gourmet dishes and everything in between has personally helped my family and I more than I can put into words during the time we had the absolute pleasure of having her as our cooking teacher!! We were so pleased with her extensive skill set in the kitchen and were constantly pleasantly surprised by her level of quality and creativity on a consistent basis over the course of those 2 months. Anyone and their family would be very lucky to have the pleasure of having Caitlin around! I've learned more from her in a short time than I ever thought I'd learn in a lifetime. Being a stay-at-home dad most of the time, I had a heck of a lot of responsibly on my shoulders and a lot missing in the cooking department (lol!), and Caitlin helped my children and I so much in every way on a day to day basis. They would always look forward to her being there because they knew they wouldn't have to suffer through another screwed up meal from dad again LOL! My advice to anyone who is considering recruiting Caitlin for services: DO IT YESTERDAY! You won't regret getting to know such a great person with so much to offer!

I have had several dishes, on many occasions from Caitlin. Each experience has been wonderful, and very fulfilling. She is versatile in her skill set, and gives that warm feeling you want when having food. That feeling of hearth. I would recommend her for any, and all occasions!

I have only had the honor to try a few of Caitlins dishes. But I have had some very good lessons in multiple cooking art forms. She has taught me how to roll sushi, make vegan food and multiple gluten free dishes. Surprisingly they all continuously turn out very well. She is not only a very talented cool but teacher as well. The fact that she could teach someone who has no ability to cook such as myself such intricit dishes shows the vast amount of cooking, teaching and communication skills. Thank you Caitlin for teaching me these very usefull skills that will stick with me forever.
