- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prioritize the needs of my clients. Pricing is something we can find the middle ground. I’d love to chat and learn about the needs of my client and based on it we can determine what we can do about pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on my client’s request, I set up a meet and greet so that my client can introduce herself/himself and his/her pet. After getting to know each other with the client and the pet, we talk about the details of the needs of my clients.
