- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first steps is for me to see if their job is one of the services I specialize in. I am always willing to learn, but I won’t take on jobs I’m not comfortable doing or not specialized in. Everyone can be “ the jack of all trades” but only the few who pick a specific skill set and capitalize and grow off of that skill are the ones who become successful contractors.
