I hired Sam to demo a waterfront condo I am renovating on the ocean. I was so impressed with his initial work and delivery that I kept on adding (and adding) to his scope of work--including handling a complicated and tough structural issue. He is a problem solver who looks out for his clients. No surprises. His company name does not reflect the range of expertise. I highly recommend him.

Clumsy and crude job . Very disappointed about the service.
I hired Samuel even when it was a little bit expensive but I wanted to have a professional and fine work. They didn’t even finished the job and I fully paid under the agreement that they would come back to finish what was pending:
- they didn’t install the vent covers. On top of that I decided to buy and cover it by myself and both holes were cutted with no measurements so none cover fit in there :/
- the first portion of the stairs were replaced and they really did a crude job, with a lot of imprecise cuts, and paints, I expected a more delicate job especially with the construction finishes
-They never applied the last gloss coat so paint is getting off.
- there is an outlet that was installed wrong so the cover does not fit.
I am extremely disappointed about him, and If you still want to finish the job please let me know.
