- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use same estimating software's as most home insurance companies. Also we do constant research of our competitors prices to ensure we are being reasonable when pricing a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the first step is to gather as much information from the customer regarding the project. Then I usually setup a date to meet with the customer and go over the project and determine the best way to execute. After project is completed I perform a final walk through to ensure customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Osha 10hr Certified - Lead Safe Renovator - IICRC Certified - ASD Certified -Construction supervisor certification & license.
