I’d like to recommend Gustavo Soares Ruela of GSR Heating & Cooling at 617-712-5555 who just installed some mini splits in my home. What I look for in any contractor are three things - Reliability, Skill, and Fairness.

Reliability means you can reach him by phone or texts; he responds quickly to all questions; he shows up as planned; he is there if there re any issues; he does what he says he will do
Skill means he knows his business; he has the ability and talent to do the job he is assigned.
Fairness means his costs are fair for the job and he doesn’t jack up prices just because he can; he saved me money in this mini-split installation.

Gustavo has all three of these traits. I strongly recommend you consider him for any HVAC type job concerning heat pumps, mini-splits, AC installations, etc.

I needed a mini split installed that I had bought myself, Gustavo was incredibly helpful walking me through a quote and the entire process. He was very responsive to any questions I had. He was on time and professional. The unit was installed quickly and works great, I will def be using him for any future work I need.
