Job: removed existing kitchen counter and installed granite countertop. Great Service. Everything moved along swiftly, Finished product looked great and really friendly team at the office. Jim was a pleasure to work with. Would hire them again.
Dave was on time, did what he said he would do and the newly installed floor tiles looked great. I will use him again.
We would highly recommend George to anyone seeking a high quality mason. George promptly responded to all inquiries, arrived when he said he would, and exhibited the utmost professionalism. He did a great job managing our expectations and prepared us for the worst case scenario as it related to the timeframe or potential obstacles we might encounter throughout the project. He always exceeded our expectations! He and his team (Adilson, Sergio, and Jose) arrived on time, put rugs down to protect our home, worked efficiently and professionally, and did a fabulous job removing our old counter, disconnecting the plumbing, and installing our new sink, faucet and granite countertop in just under 4 hours (they prepared us that it could take up to 6 hours). They left the house in excellent condition and we love our new counter.
Stonelink did my baths and kitchen with granite countertops! It was quick, clean and no "surprise expenses" as most contractors find in the middle of the projects. Looks beautiful!!! Want to hire them again for my master bath walls and floor.
Eduardo came in with samples and gave us a rough estimate right away. He came back a second time for a template and then lastly a third time to install the granite. He was very professional and we are very satisfied with the way everything came out! I took away one star because when bringing in the granite they banged up my stairs otherwise no complaints. I should've told them to use the other entrance!
Russ and his team was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to my inquiry (leveling my floors for a floating wood installation) and even adjusted his projects to fit my tight timeframe. He provided tips for other renovations we are doing throughout the house and even allowed up to borrow tools needed to do so. we have worked with several contractors over the last few weeks and Russ by far was the more professional.
Royal Contracting did a redo of our kitchen and bathroom. They had to correct some errors from the first kitchen contractors 20 years earlier, such as redo the bathroom floor to keep the tiles from cracking. They repainted all the cabinets, added new knobs, sink, and changed the formica to granite
This was a very outdated kitchen and we were working on a limited budget! Derek was outstanding with his professional advice and quality of workmanship. His PATIENCE and talent was by far the best we've experienced in all our years of contractors! We replaced our faucet and sink along with a new countertop with a very nice modern laminate. There was an addition of a new refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Cabinets were painted, replaced with new hardware, added crown moulding to top of ceiling and enclosed the refridgerator. Tile backsplash was also installed. In the end we were extremely happy with all of Derek's work and would recommend him to all of our friends!
I am an interior designer of 34 years, located on Rt. 9 in Framingham, Ma. I have used Stone Concepts, for almost 3 years on all of my kitchen, and bathroom remodeling jobs. His follow through, and impeccable business ethics, is the icing on the cake. His selection of stone, and attention to detail is his norm; my clients just adore him and his crew. He installs for me in New Hampshire, as well as the Cape; and returns every phone call almost immediately.. The best thing of all....is that he's an honest man, and that is a hard thing to find in the marble and granite business of today. I'm proud to do business with Bill Carey from Stone Concepts.
Dan installed a butcher block countertop on some newly installed cabinets. We'd ordered the butcher block custom-made and then realized upon receipt that the company didn't do installs. Dan was willing to come out to do this small job for a fair price. Dan was friendly and knowledgeable and when we realized that the cabinets had settled improperly - leaving a noticeable gap between the counter and two cabinets - he walked through my options, including figuring out whether he could stick around and re-install the cabinets for me. We ended up choosing to just install some filler on our own, but Dan seemed to actually care that he walked through how to do it so it would look good in the end. One of the problems with this review is that I can't guarantee quality of work until the butcher block has expanded/contracted over multiple seasons. I had to leave before the end of the install, but Dan was willing to take a call from me and walk through the ways he'd relieved the butcher block to account for minimal expansion of the wood. He also gave a "I stand behind my work" spiel and said I could always call in the future if the countertop buckles and he'd come and fix it. He spoke frequently about how his real passion is custom cabinetry and kitchen additions. Obviously, I can't speak to his work on cabinetry, but if you want an attentive, easy-to-deal with contractor for a future kitchen job I feel like Dan is a good bet.
We had a smaller project where we needed to add on to existing cabinets/counters. We couldn't match the existing granite that was in place but settled on a butcher block top. Ken came up with a great design. The cabinets and butcher block top came out looking great. It was a long process because we were not really in a rush and told Ken that (we were the ones taking our time). So we can't speak to if you needed work done quickly how fast Ken would be able to get to it. There were some minor miscommunications around timing but they were quickly resolved. Ken is professional and it's clear he has been doing great work for a long time. Would definitely recommend.
Great experience with Northeastern Marble and Granite. They were very responsive over email and phone, timely with template and installation, and I had absolutely no problems with them. Highly recommend.
Platinum Granite & Marble did a magnificent job installing quartz countertops in my kitchen. It was the best experience I have ever had with a home contractor - excellent price, extremely professional, great communication and timely performance. Highly recommend!
Mr. Gomes and Sabrina are amazing. Super knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and very easy to work with. Would definitely hire them again. Our countertops and back splash look amazing.
Couldn't be happier with the job they done at my house, they did and amazing job, Installed the granite and backsplash on my kitchen and did the vinyl floors in the bedrooms.
