Needed a move out cleaning within 3 days of reaching out. Not only did they respond quickly and come out on time, my old condo is sparkling. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge according to work demand. A one-time deep cleaning can take anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours, depending on the condition of the home. If the job is just a one-time spring/fall cleaning or a full cleaning, the rate will be higher than a regular weekly/monthly client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial greeting via Thumbtack, email or phone, I like to meet with them to show me around and explain what they are looking for. This way I can provide a more accurate quote based on the job. This also gives the new client a chance to see if I'm someone they want to work with in the future.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business for over 3 years. I clean houses, I'm always looking for professional training. You have to be good at it and enjoy doing it.
