Flavia and her team are AMAZING! She was very responsive to my request for a deep cleaning for 4 male, college athletes living together - need I say more... DEEP cleaning was sooo over-due. When I say the before and after pictures were like 2 different apartments - that would be an understatement. They did such a thorough job and the floors were literally sparkling - like, really. Shiny and all. Highly recommend and we have used her twice since and again, super clean and even did more than I asked just because she noticed some areas (entry to apartment) needed to be cleaned up! Love Flavia - 5 stars!! You won't regret it.

I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Flavia's communication was excellent. She was quick to respond to my inquiries and very patient with my questions. Scheduling the cleaning was a breeze, and the rate was perfect. On the cleaning day, the team arrived promptly and were professional and courteous. They took the time to walk through my space and understand any specific areas that needed attention. Then, they went to work, and let me tell you, they were meticulous! My entire place was sparkling clean when they finished. They tackled everything on the list, and even some forgotten corners I hadn't mentioned. It's evident that they take great pride in their work.
