I could have checked all 5 boxes for Flávia Oliveira. She and her crew were WONDERFUL!! They were punctual and through. Pleasent and sweet. They cleaned our house beyond my expectations! And I found they at the last minute (Thursday afternoon for a Friday morning cleaning, which I knew was a huge, long shot!) But she was available and was so polite over text, I gave her a try. When she texted back "thank you for your trust" I had an even better feeling.
Her daughter and her arrived right on time, I told them not to be overwhelmed, I wasn't having them do the whole house, just parts we live in (2 empty nesters in a 4 bedroom/3 bath), but they were not fazed, showed them around and they got to work. starting upstairs. I was surprised they were up there so long (only Master bedroom and bathroom) but when they came down, she let me know more of her crew was coming because vacuum acting up. I looked panicked, when she told me, sorry so long, we decided to do a deep clean for you, Then the daughter clarified and and told me it would be the same charge. Then mentioned how I was hurt and they would help me. I had fallen and bruised all my left side ribcage and arm, so that is why I hired someone to do my weekly cleaning. Her rest of crew (2 more workers showed up) and did all my kitchen cabinets, my china closet. everything. What they don't know is the fall yes happened recently, but I have had a tough time the last 7 + months. I have been battling depression and doing the best I can, my house was never dirty, but it had not been deep cleaned in a while. This gift they gave me was beyond a cleaning.
They deserve the best business. It is not often you come across people who are just honestly morally and naturally good people! Hire them~ Your home will feel like you stepped into a high-end resort!
