I offer remote personal training services, either through video chat platforms or with multi-week independent remote programming. "I have been working with Nichelle for about a year now, including the last six months when we have been meeting virtually. Nichelle is great to work with; I enjoy our sessions and I have made a lot of progress. My main goal is to increase my strength and I have made noticeable gains in this area. Nichell is the best trainer I’ve worked with. She took the time to understand my goals and effectively used our time to maximize workouts. Her workouts are challenging and fun. I had great results and felt stronger right away. Nichell is also incredibly kind and attentive. Do yourself a favor and hire Nichell!

Nichell was great! She was so easy to work with and really listened to my goals, what I liked to do for exercise and what kind of equipment I had accessible to me! How can anyone succeed with a training program without this knowledge!? Nichell was so thoughtful to ask and really took the time to listen and create a program tailored to me and me alone. She checked in often, sent motivational thoughts and even gave me a fitness award for completing my program! She answered every question, changed things as needed and even sent videos with correct form. From the start I was set up to succeed, I cannot reccomend her enough!
