- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety several options that I can customize for each client. -Hourly -Flat rate -One time Charge -Retainer -W2 or 1099
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the service (see below for options): RESUME SERVICES: Initial consultation can be in person, over the phone or via email. -Resume writing will include a free initial consultation-finished document and free changes and add on for one year -Linkedin creation or revamp -Resume rework (existing resume add ons). etc. CAREER COACHING- Services provided typically in person or skype, interview prep may be provided over the phone or skype and charged as an hourly rate or flat fee depending on service HR/BUSINESS ENHANCEMENT SERVICES--Geared to Start Up companies. Some services can be provided remotely after initial consultation...handbook writing, job description writing, team structure, high turn over guidance. REMOTE RECRUITING--I have capabilities to recruit in all areas including mid level to management to C-level candidacy. PAYMENT/TERMS METHODS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, Cash App (Venmo) or Credit. NO PERSONAL CHECKS

I have 18 years of experience working in the HR and employment/staffing industry. I have various certifications pertaining to staffing, HR, Workforce Safety, etc. I have held positions in HR Management, Staffing Branch Manager, Recruiting Manager, Executive Recruiter, Business Development Manager, On Site Manager, Workforce Safety Trainer and Business Consultant
