They redid a finishing that we had paid to get done a few months earlier for cheap with a handyman. Good reminder that you get what you pay for! One Way Refinishing did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with how our bathroom turned out. They were quick and knew exactly what they were doing. Our bathroom was in rough shape when a renter tried spray painting it themselves and it all was peeling and uneven. They were able to remove the old paint and refinish. I would highly recommend.

I hired One Way to do a bath tub and tile surround refinishing. I did not need to do any precleaning. They showed up on time and spent a fair amount of time cleaning and taping off the room. The set up ventilation to outside prior to applying the finish. Total job took about 6 hours. The site was totally clean once they left and the results are outstanding. Very pleased thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price varies on the size of the job and also if the tub has been previously refinished.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can do an estimate in person or over e-mail and cellphone. Most people are comfortable e-mailing or texting a photo of their tub, however, if you are not, we can schedule an in-person estimate. We are always happy to explain the process and steps taken before and after the job has been completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although we are a new company, we have technicians who has been in the business for over 5 years. Technicians have been trained in this field and are experts, they are knowledgeable about our professional products and the whole process of refinishing, not only tubs but also tiles, re-grouting, and countertops.
