I cannot say enough good things about my experience in working with Alex and EAGLE Finish Carpentry. My family was preparing to sell our childhood home and had a few projects around the house we were looking to have done prior to putting it on the market. I reached out to Alex and received a message back almost immediately. We wanted to repair under our kitchen sink, the trim around our garage doors and the trim around our front door. We provided pictures and received detailed and reasonable quotes back promptly. All of the work was completed on timeline and exceeded all our expectations. If you have a home project you need completed quickly, meticulously and at a reasonable price look no further. This father and son duo are the epitome of professionalism. I would recommend them to any one and will be in contact with them for any future home projects I may have. 10/10 would recommend!

They made a mistake in the beginning. I was 2 1/2 hours away from them. They said they would charge me $20 for traveling fee. That was all right. But I thought it was kind of strange that somebody would come 2 1/2 hours for a $300 job Now they don’t even know where Pittsfield is to pick up my door from Home Depot. They wanna know if it’s close to my house no it’s not and I’m not paying any more fees for traveling. This is ridiculous. It shouldn’t have stopped from the beginning. I sent them a cancellation. I’ll look for another problem. That’s near me.
