Charley Rom, who is 32 but looks 22, is the owner of Rom Mechanical. He is by far the best HVAC professional I have ever had. I had a new Central AC installed this past June and it failed after a short while. The HVAC company I had hired didn't take responsibility for fixing it. Apparently there were multiple issues with the installation. I hired two other companies who could not fix it. It was now October and my Central AC was still not fixed. I hired Rom Mechanical and Charley was fantastic! My AC is finally running! Although I don't need my AC in October I wanted it fixed for next year. Charley is very knowledgeable and professional. Do not hesitate to use this company!!!

Rom was straight forward in communication -though he had a rough day with his vehicle, he still came over on a Friday evening then he performed the free diagnostic steps to move forward with our house plumbing issues.Looking forward to work with him again.
