For all customers who complete a job with our company, their first cleaning will have a 20% discount this March.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initiate initial customer contact via phone, email or text, depending on customer preference or contact method provided. During this initial communication, it is important to be professional and courteous, providing a brief introduction to the services offered and availability to schedule a meeting or visit. Schedule an initial meeting or visit to personally meet the client and the area that needs to be cleaned. During this visit, assess the size and specific needs of the location, discuss client expectations, and provide information about the services offered. Based on site assessment and client requirements, prepare a detailed quote that includes the services to be performed, the frequency of cleaning and associated costs. Ensure the quote is clear and transparent, including all relevant details and possible additional fees.After agreeing on the values with the client, we schedule the work to be carried out, Ensuring that the cleaning team is properly informed about the client's specific requirements and quality expectations. After the first and subsequent cleanings, follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction with the services provided. Encourage the customer to provide feedback on service quality and be open to adjustments or improvements as needed. Maintain regular communication with the client to ensure their needs continue to be met and offer additional services as needed. Build a relationship of trust and professionalism to ensure the continuity of the contract and possible future references.
