We were thrilled with the value (very reasonable pricing), quality of work, and professionalism provided by Mauricio and his team. We hired originally to complete some patch work around our window/door frames/decks where the wood was rotten, and fully refinishing the deck. The original project was completed on time & budget as promised, and they were extremely accommodating when I was having difficulty matching the right stain color. We also added on an interior bay window & shed repair, which we have the same high quality review of. Note: pictures at end are of the before.

This pro had committed to do my job and we had agreed on the price and then later he did not show up and was asking more money even though it was him who agreed in the price. Do not trust this pro.
