I originaly was looking for a price on A large second floor deck 20ft by 18ft. But my upstairs tenant moved out so this project got bigger fast. It was February I needed the kitchen and hallway torn out and completely renovated. Ray gave me A great price, He was doing so good I added two more rooms also a French door going out to the deck and some other add on .Rays years of experience payed off he made useless space into bigger closets, wider doorways. This house was built in 1910, And the renovation was done in the winter, no easy task. The deck looks heavy duty, just what I wanted, The whole project came out great, Thanks Ray and Scotty

The job Ray completed for me was Herculean, and Ray and his crew did a Herculean job. This old house, built as a parsonage in 1859, certainly had its challenges. Exterior clapboard totally dry rotted. Ray removed and replaced every board on this colonial house and three story barn, replaced some windows, and painted. On time, on budget, with humor along the way! Can't tell you how many people stopped to compliment his work. It's like living in a brand new house, almost drove by the other day. Ray is a hard working, honest guy you can trust. Can't wait to get him back to do some interior work this winter. Thanks Ray!!!

Job is underway. Ray jumped right in and started my odd jobs and will be doing a Rustoleum Restoration to my 15 cabinets. His quote and knowledge sold me on his work. Already seeing results. We are looking to be at "open house" stage by late August and Ray's work will go a long way to getting us there.

We hired Ray to tear out and replace our old damaged concrete floor in the garage. Our experience with Ray was the best! He provided a reasonable bid on Thursday and by Monday he and his crew were at work. Tuesday afternoon and the job was done perfectly. Throughout the process Ray kept in touch to keep my informed about when the dumpster would arrive, when the cement would arrive, and described the work process step by step. The garage is located in a 1820 colonial house and had unique problems that only someone of Ray's skills and experience would handle well. We are pleased with Ray's work and look forward to other projects he will likely undertake for us. I'm relieved we have found a gem named Ray. Hire him and you will be fortunate to hire an experienced craftsman who is a pleasure to work with.

We hired Ray to renovate our unfinished basement into two bedrooms. We chose Ray because he offered to get us some needed ceiling height (of which other contractors wouldn’t even offer). Ray is meticulous in his approach to doing things right: From digging down our basement floor to get the height we wanted, to applying extra hydraulic cement and coats of foundation sealer to ensure our basement won’t leak, to leveling our staircase so we don’t feel like we’re falling when coming down the stairs. The renovation posed a lot of challenges which included budget/materials, broken dumpsters, and a deadline of finishing in time for a new baby. We made it through and are grateful. Our 2 daughters LOVE their new rooms and we couldn't be happier!
