We had an excellent experience with Prime Open KY and Kairat. We originally contacted them just to get a quote for replacing one window. The pricing was very reasonable, and after talking with Kairat and seeing how knowledgeable and responsive he was, we decided to expand the project to replace the windows throughout our entire house.
Kairat arranged the window order and shipment very quickly, and his team completed 26 windows and doors in about two weeks. The quality of the installation was excellent.
What impressed me most was Kairat’s communication and attention to detail. He is very responsive, takes responsibility when something needs to be addressed, and always tries to find a good solution. He genuinely cares about his customers and makes sure the work is done properly.
We are very happy with the final result and would definitely work with Kairat and his team again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for window or door installation.

Had a great experience with this company for our window trim replacement! I reached out to them, and Burak came out the very next day to give us a quote. The price was very reasonable, and they scheduled the work right after I confirmed. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish.
Kairat was the one who did the actual work, and he did an awesome job! During the replacement, they discovered some rotted wood that also needed to be replaced. They took care of that as well and did a great job fixing everything. Kairat paid attention to the details and made sure everything looked great. He also cleaned up everything nicely afterward.
Really happy with how everything turned out! Big thanks to both Burak and Kairat for making the whole experience so easy. Would definitely recommend them!

Kairat was the only one of 8 companies that I called to repair 3 of my 47 year old windows that would not stay open. They advised me to get new windows. He arrived the day he said he would at 6pm on a Friday. It took him about 2 hours to complete the job. He is very knowledgeable about window repair. He was polite and very professional. If you have old windows that won’t stay open call Kairat.
