I can't say enough good things about these guys. I scheduled a deep clean of my apartment, including inside of my fridge and oven, and was so happy with the results. I don't think my apartment has ever looked this good. They charge by room, not by the hour, and they stayed until the work was finished, which I thought was a really great business model. I've used an online booking cleaning company in the past and wasn't really blown away by the results. So glad I found Factory on thumbtack. I'm planning to set up a regular monthly cleaning, because I definitely can't keep it this nice on my own!

My roommates and I called a few different places for quotes and even tried out one other service before trying Factory. The first few places were overpriced and the other service did a horrible job. I was skeptical when trying Factory, but she was very prompt in her response time and in setting up a time to come out. Her cleaning crew did an amazing job at our apartment. They showed up on time and were extremely thorough. I have never seen out apartment as clean and smelling as good as it did after they left. I highly recommend Factory Cleaning Service if you live in the Boston area. The cleaning is fantastic, the price is right, and the response time is great.

I am very pleased with Factory Cleaning. After a big storm blew through, she was running behind, but let me know well in advance. Then she showed up earlier than promised! When she and her assistants were done, my apartment looked the best it has looked since I moved in. Everything sparkles, and everything is clean.
