- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have fixed values for extra cleanings such as windows, refrigerators, clothes washing, basement cleaning and closets organization (depends on the size of it).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new client (a first cleaning) I need the house organized to speed up our work. In case the customer wants us to do this cleaning service and organization, we can combine prices after a visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and training that I have received throughout my life. Always keep organized and clean all the environments that I use in my house. I think this is the best way to teach someone to take care of what is yours.
