I explain the process and procedures, educate the customer in what is being done and the differences of what we bring to the table as far as prep and materials also warranty.

I did autobody for many years then got certified in resurfacing cabinets countertops and bathtub reglaze also I do refresher courses to keep up with the trends also with regulations and safety data.
