FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel prices are subject to distance and time. It would be beneficial for the client and myself if we did multiple hour sessions throughout the week if they had a home or apartment gym for us to work in. I would be able to bring pricing down that way as well. If you are comnig to the boxing gym i work out of in Boston the price range is set for single sessions for half hours and hour training. If you decide to buy a package in bulk then a discount is given for the bulk purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients I will assess their goals. Are you looking to get better knowledge and understanding of Boxing techniques? Are you looking to get better with weight training and improve all around fitness? A little bit of both? These questions are very important before we begin. Also if you have any current injuries or past injuries that we need to work around. Very important that any physical ailments are disclosed so we are able to work around that area. From there we put together a plan, once a week to touch up? Twice a week to have some variety? All in on 3 days a week? The frequency and the plan will play hand in hand on what you decide to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is what relates entirely to my work. Since my first Mixed Martial Arts competition in 2007 and up to my most recent in June 2025. I have accrued experience, knowledge and wisdom in what it takes to get in shape as well as to perfect techniques within my wheel house. I have also done certifications through the Poliquin Group as well.
