- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I DONT BASE MY PRICE OF ANY OTHER PRO. MY TALENT SKILLS AND DEDICATION SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. AM HERE BECAUSE I LOVE DOING THIS. I HAVE A DAUGHTER TO TAKE OF AND BILLS TO PAY. I WORK WITH ALL MY CUSTOMERS TO BE AS FAIR AS I CAN BE. BUT WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE. I CAN PROMISE NO OTHER PRO BRINGS WITH THEM. GREAT WORK AINT CHEAP AND CHEAP WORK AINT GREAT. WHEN A CUSTOMERS TELLS ME A PRICE IT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE MY WORK AINT WORTH IT.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
be respectful, communication, honestly. I ask all customers please don't try take advantage of me and I show up for one job but end up doing other things for free. time is money and money is time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
before I got hired I had to do training for 3 months before being able to head out and do jobs. also had take saftey test
