- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparent pricing, meaning that customers should have access to clear and upfront information about the cost of my services. In addition to standard pricing for core services, customers should be aware of any fees that may apply for additional services or optional features. Discounts are typically negotiated based on project volume, duration, and commitment. We do offer an initial fee waiver if the project is accepted by the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by contacting the customer or responding promptly to their inquiry. Our responses could be through email, a phone call, or any preferred communication channel. We strive to gain a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements, objectives, and challenges. This often involves asking targeted questions and actively listening to their responses. If the customer decides to move forward, we work closely to develop a detailed plan or project roadmap. This involves setting milestones, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing clear objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a licensed master plumber on staff who has been in this business for over 30 years. We work with licensed electricians, carpenters, HVAC personnel, and many other contractors with whom we have done business for over 30 years.
